Our Services

Our holistic approach combines safe housing with person centred support services, ensuring that our residents receive the guidance and support they need to transition into permanent housing when ready to do so.

Supported Housing

We offer rooms in shared houses in Sheffield, providing a communal living environment where residents can receive support from our staff and also develop the skills to support each other.

Each house is provided with a dedicated Support Worker who is available to assist residents with their individual needs, from finding healthcare to accessing social services.

Personalised Support

Our trauma informed support service is individually tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident. Our comprehensive approach includes:

Housing

Assistance in navigating housing applications and securing permanent accommodation.

Rebuilding Relationships with Family

Encouragement and support to help restore and strengthen connections with family members, partners, friends, and other support networks.

Welfare Benefits

Guidance on accessing and applying for welfare benefits to ensure financial stability.

Accessing Banking and Financial Services

Help with opening bank accounts and managing their budget to foster financial independence skills.

Accessing Drug and Alcohol Dependency Services

Connections to addiction services and ongoing support for recovery.

Personal Behaviours

Support in developing healthy behaviours and coping strategies.

Health and Wellbeing:

Support in managing physical and mental health issues, including linking residents with local healthcare providers.

Linking to and Liaising with Other Vital Services

Coordination with external agencies to ensure residents receive comprehensive support.

Support Workers

Residents are allocated a named Support Worker who will visit them every week to provide personal support.

They will assist residents based on a person centred and trauma informed approach by drawing up an individualised support plan, so that it focusses on the issues and goals the resident most wants assistance with, and the steps needed for the person to reach their goals.

There are also weekly property health and safety checks to ensure that residents’ homes are safe and secure.
